WE ARE AMBITIOUS
Enter Space has reviewed the international space industry and found that small satellite customers have considerable wait times between contract signing and satellite launch. The high fixed cost of existing launch services prohibits dedicated launch solutions and these satellite customers must share the launch with a primary customer. Often this solution works well, but it imposes additional risks and delays as the primary payload is given priority in launch delivery and orbit. Thus a smaller payload must wait for a specific launch contract to have the opportunity to reach its desired orbit. Overall, the highest barrier to access space is cost!
Enter Space is proposing a radical departure from the high cost, long wait time and high risk launch market, for small satellites in the 100 to 3,000kg range. Enter Space aims to use an innovative launch architecture that ensures small satellite customers receive dedicated and cost-effective services, by providing:
A fully reusable horizontal take-off and horizontal landing (HTHL) launch architecture using minimal ground infrastructure to enable high frequency, quick turnaround launch services from multiple runways around the globe.
An Enter Space proprietary plug and play, clean room to streamline launch integration and delivery services.
Cost competitive dedicated launch services for customers with payloads ranging between 100kg and 3,000kg.
Using this innovative launch architecture Enter Space is aiming to reduce launch costs to below $1000/kg. By reducing the cost barrier to space, Enter Space aims to see humans further extend their reach into the solar system.

WHAT ARE WE MAKING?
To prove our launch architecture, we are building a prototype of the orbital launch system, which we aim to test at the end of 2019 early 2020. The fully reusable prototype will fly on a suborbital trajectory testing the launch system, propulsion, staging, communications and Guidance Navigation and Control (GNC) systems, while reaching our 100km sub-orbital target.
After initial prototype testing, we intend to scale up and develop the fully reusable orbital launch vehicle. This system will provide satellite delivery services and a platform for low cost returnable space experiments. We hope this will lead to space tourism and high speed international travel opportunities, while simultaneously improving stewardship of space.

MEET THE TEAM
AARON BONANNO - engineer
Aaron began this journey in 2013 believing that continuous access to space can only be achieved through reusable and high frequency launch services. Since then Aaron has been studying, researching and designing a launch architecture capable of providing diversified launch services to clients around the globe. This research and development culminated in the creation of Enter Space with a team of skilled and motivated engineers and business developers at the beginning of 2019.
Aaron’s background in space science stems from a fascination with science fiction he had in early childhood which lead to a hobby of experimenting and testing homemade rocket motors and studying In-Situ Resource Utilisation (ISRU) lunar energy concepts at university. Aaron, as part of a team of engineers, developed the first Australian lunar regolith simulant ALRS-1 in 2012 and worked on sintering lunar regolith for thermal energy storage on the moon. His work was chosen as the 2012 best undergraduate paper at the American Society of Civil Engineers, Earth and Space Conference - Engineering for Extreme Environments. He has appeared on the Australian science television program Catalyst in 2014.

Although the fundamental concepts of what we are doing have been around for a long time, our nuanced approach combines a range of these concepts in manageable degrees to produce a unique launch solution that will be both fully reusable and low cost.
